Tsenba Wummen League: Relentless FA Not Relenting At The Top As Jazzy Stars FA Increase Goals Scoring Spree

Due to the unrest that befell Jos metropolis on Saturday, only six matches were played in both the Under-14 and Under-16 categories of the ongoing Tsenba Wummen Football League.

At the Under-14 category, Relentless FA are not ready to let go after wrestling the leadership of the log from Mees Palace FA as they beat a hard fighting Junior Sporting Boys 1-0.

Samuel Elisha got the only goal for the Coach Victor Wikadsson tutored Relentless FA in the 17th minute.

Jazzy Stars FA Under-14 side, beat 5th placed El-spuron FA 4-0.

Destiny Eribo got the first goal for the Galaxies in the 30th minute, Samuel Odeshina got the second goal in the 50th minute, Wisdom Jethro got the third goal in the 52nd minute, while Jezreel Akintola put the icing on the cake for Jazzy Stars FA in the 60th minute.

In the third and last match played yesterday at the Under-14 category, Highland Stars FA overcame Young Champions, beating them 3-1.

The trio of Timnan Patrick, Emmanuel Ezeoba and Favour Okeke netted the goals for Highland Stars in the 20th, 36th and 60th minutes respectively, while Henry Chuwang got the consolatory goal for Young Champions in the 16th minute.

Jazzy Stars FA Under-16 continued from where they stopped last week, when they beat their opponents 8-2, as they hammered Royal Stars FA 11-1 yesterday at the Rayfield Sports resort football field.

The duo of Joel Ali and David Jehoshaphat got a haul each in the 4th, 6th, 18th, 49th minutes and 22nd, 24th, 35th and 43rd minutes respectively, while the trio of Udakudi Ajang, Tisloh Ishaku and Emmanuel Olaniyan completed the rout for the Galaxies in the 11th, 17th and 36th minutes respectively.

Temgu Terfa got the consolatory goal for Royal Stars in the 41st minute to end the encounter 11-1 in favour of Jazzy Stars FA.

Another high scoring match recorded in the only three matches played yesterday in the Under-16 category was the encounter between Kuru Youngstars FA and Samba Boys FA that saw the boys from Kuru emerging winners, beating their opponents 3-0.

Weng Pwajok got the first goal in the 2nd minute, Pam Dung got the second goal in the 10th minute and Modecai Elisha got the third and final goal in the 15th minute.

In the last match played yesterday in the Under-16 category, Jeddy Academy defeated Galatians FA 2-0, with Reuben Igyem and Godwin Itse scoring the goals in the 25th and 54th minutes respectively.
